December 2025 Soup Series

How It Works | Oct 2025 Series| Nov 2025 Series | Dec 2025 Series | Ordering Form

  • All 16oz servings come with a mini-loaf of French bread. (Or gluten-free garlic biscuits)

  • Soups will be clearly labeled if vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or spicy. 

  • Packaged in 16 oz and 32 oz jars.

  • Refrigerated, soups keep for about 4 days.

  • Reheat gently on the stove-top or in the microwave.

Menu - [NOTE: Week 4 is on a Monday while the first 3 weeks are the usual Thursday pickup]

Week 1 (Thu, Dec 4) – Creamy Roasted Acorn Squash Bisque

Silky roasted acorn squash blended with onions, carrots, herbs, and coconut milk for a naturally sweet, cozy, golden winter soup. Perfect for cold evenings. (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free) 

Ingredients: acorn squash, olive oil, onion, garlic, carrot, vegetable broth, coconut milk, smoked paprika, sage, thyme, maple syrup, salt, pepper, lemon juice.

Week 2 (Thu, Dec 11) – Roasted Mushroom & Thyme Soup

Deeply savory roasted mushrooms folded into a rich herb-infused soup with carrots, celery, potatoes, and coconut milk. Earthy and aromatic with a touch of lemon. (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)

Ingredients: mushrooms, olive oil, thyme, salt, pepper, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, potatoes, vegetable broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, smoked paprika, rosemary, thyme, nutritional yeast, lemon juice.

Week 3 (Thu, Dec 18) – Creamy Tuscan Bean & Spinach Soup

A rich, velvety blend of cannellini beans, sun-dried tomatoes, coconut milk, and Italian herbs, finished with wilted spinach. Savory, comforting, and beautifully hearty.

Ingredients: cannellini beans, olive oil, onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, vegetable broth, coconut milk, spinach, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, nutmeg, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper.

Week 4 (Mon, Dec 22) – Lentil Stew

A hearty, golden lentil stew layered with aromatic herbs, potatoes, carrots, peas, and a cozy broth enriched with turmeric. (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)

Ingredients: lentils, olive oil, onion, garlic, celery, carrots, potatoes, vegetable broth, soy sauce, turmeric, thyme, rosemary, sage, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, peas, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
